Bachelor of Applied Science in Organizational Management (BAS-OM) Degree

Overview

The Organizational Management program focuses on developing leaders by cultivating skills such as self-awareness, collaboration, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and positive supervision. Career entry and advancement opportunities may be found within public, private, and not-for-profit organizations.

The LSSC BAS-OM program is:
  • classes are fully delivered online
  • available for new students to begin in Fall (August) or Spring (January)
  • available to students with an AA or AS degree or the equivalent
Features of the Lake-Sumter State College BAS-OM program include:
  • strong emphasis on group work within and outside the classroom
  • assignments relevant to real-world situations
  • projects and presentations that apply knowledge, theory, and skills
