A required security update to our single sign-on system will cause temporary disruptions to many of the online services used by LSSC students and employees. This maintenance is scheduled for Sunday, Sept. 13 beginning at 4:00 am to minimize disruptions.
After the security update, the priority will be to restore full access to Microsoft 365/email and Canvas first.
Restoring access to these services may take up to 48 hours. This page will be updated as access is restored to each service.
Impacted Services: Microsoft 365/email, Canvas, CampusLabs, DegreeWorks, Kaltura, KnowBe4, Maxient, NeoGov, Scholarship Manager, SmartCatalog (editing only), Starfish, Student Life Experience (Presence), Workflow
