IT Maintenance on 9/14 will impact access to online services
 

A required security update to our single sign-on system will cause temporary disruptions to many of the online services used by LSSC students and employees. This maintenance is scheduled for Sunday, Sept. 13 beginning at 4:00 am to minimize disruptions.

After the security update, the priority will be to restore full access to Microsoft 365/email and Canvas first.

Restoring access to these services may take up to 48 hours. This page will be updated as access is restored to each service.

Impacted Services: Microsoft 365/email, Canvas, CampusLabs, DegreeWorks, Kaltura, KnowBe4, Maxient, NeoGov, Scholarship Manager, SmartCatalog (editing only), Starfish, Student Life Experience (Presence), Workflow

The security update has been completed and access to all services has been restored. If you experience any issues with logging in, please contact helpdesk@lssc.edu.
