This program will provide you with the skills needed to navigate the changing nature of organizations today. Using practical simulations and discussions of real organizational issues and problems, you will gain critical competencies that will set you apart as a leader in today’s marketplace.

- An Associate in Arts Degree (AA) or Associates in Sciences Degree (AS) with a minimum of 60 credit hours from any college or university accredited by a regional accrediting association.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher (on a 4.0 scale).
All students in the BAS must complete the 30 hours of core courses and 30 hours in their chosen concentration. If you are pursuing an Advanced Technical Certificate, some credits may apply towards the BAS program. A grade of C or higher is required for passing all courses in the BAS program.
The BAS in Leadership degree with an Organizational Management concentration can open the door to many different career opportunities in both the for-profit and nonprofit sectors, as well as entrepreneurship. Leadership is consistently one of the most, if not the most, highly regarded and desired competencies in today’s business world. With coursework focused on communication, problem-solving, strategic thinking, and teamwork, graduates will find opportunities in a wide variety of organizations and salaries with unlimited potential.

Location: This program will be offered with both on-campus and online course requirements. Additional experiences outside of the classroom could require travel.
