Leaders-In-Training (LIT) Program

10th - 12th grade

• Entering 10th – 12th grade students
• Able to commit to at least one two-week Kids' College semester in the summer
• Willingness to attend leadership trainings in the summer and into the fall semester

• A work-oriented volunteer experience
• Earn 75+ hours of public service hours per session
• Leadership development program
• Opportunity to be a role model for young students
