Lake-Sumter State College offers tutoring service both in-person and online. Tutoring is available during scheduled hours noted below. Our peer tutors are familiar with the material you are covering because they have taken the class you are in and know what to expect.

In-Person Tutoring

You can meet with a tutor at the Leesburg or South Lake Campus Learning Center. Students may call the Learning Center to check for tutor availability or to make an appointment. However, appointments are not necessary. Walk-ins are welcome.

Lending Library

There is a Lending Library located in both Learning Centers. Current students can check out textbooks, calculators, and webcams for an entire semester free of charge. Lending Library books and calculators are reserved through the LSSC Library system at https://bit.ly/3HHEM4q.

Webcams are reserved through the LSSC Library System at https://bit.ly/3HZ5DJD.

Reserved items can be picked up at the Learning Center location seen on the Library reservation page. Items may be returned to either Learning Center.
