Dimensions of Wellness

Wellness is a continuous process and a life-long journey. Your overall wellbeing is important in college as well as your life after college. LSSC encourages and supports our students in taking action on all eight interconnected dimensions of wellness to build healthy daily habits and change behaviors one step at a time. With a comprehensive awareness and understanding of each dimension of wellness, you can identify areas in need of attention and implement strategies to improve wellbeing in that specific dimension.
