The Department of Teaching and Learning at Lake-Sumter State College supports faculty, staff, and academic leaders in creating high-quality, student-centered learning experiences across all instructional modalities. Through professional development, instructional design support, educational technology guidance, mentoring, and evidence-informed teaching practices, the department serves as a collaborative resource for strengthening instruction and advancing student success.
