The Monster Dash is a family-friendly race that runs around Silver Lake behind the Leesburg Campus. The race is timed with prizes awarded at the end for top runners.

The LSSC Shamrock Shuffle is our annual St. Patrick’s Day 5K/10K. The family-friendly race course begins on the Lake-Sumter State College South Lake campus, includes the challenge of the South Lake Trail via the Hancock Extension, and ends on the Lake-Sumter campus.
