2027 EMPLOYEE ANNUAL CAMPAIGN DRIVEN BY JENKINS AUTO GROUP
Terms of Participation
The Lake-Sumter State College Foundation, Inc. (“LSSC Foundation”) is conducting a 3-year vehicle lease giveaway (“promotion”) in partnership with Jenkins Auto Group. The promotion is intended as an employee recognition and engagement program for Lake-Sumter State College (“the College”) employees and is not open to the public.
Participation in the promotion is voluntary. The entry period begins on August 11, 2026, and ends on December 4, 2026 at the College Employee Holiday Party. (or the date of the employee holiday party as chosen by the College). Eligible employees who donate or pledge a minimum of $240 to the LSSC Foundation for the 2026 Employee Campaign Fund will be automatically entered to win. Only one entry per eligible employee. One winner will receive a three-year lease on a vehicle from Jenkins Auto Group. Jenkins Auto Group reserves the right to choose the vehicle to be leased and may modify this selection at any time prior to the final drawing.
The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. The winner will be responsible for any tax obligations, vehicle registration fees, insurance, and regular vehicle maintenance. Receipt of the vehicle is subject to the winner’s meeting all lease qualification requirements established by Jenkins Auto Group and their leasing company.
To be eligible for the promotion, participants must:
- Be an active, full-time College employee on the date of the final drawing
- Donate or pledge a minimum of $240 for 2026 Employee Campaign Fund
- Be at least 18 years of age
College employees may verify their entry into the promotion by contacting the LSSC Foundation.
The drawing will be conducted by LSSC Foundation representatives using a process designed to ensure fairness and randomness. The winner will be chosen at the College’s holiday party event in December and must be present to win.
After reviewing financial obligations, winner may choose not to accept the prize. If the winner is determined to be not eligible by the LSSC Foundation or Jenkins Auto Group or chooses not to accept the prize, another winner will be chosen and announced at a later date.
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to the reasonable use of their name, photograph, and likeness for promotional purposes.
Winner acknowledges that Lake-Sumter State College, the LSSC Foundation, and Jenkins Auto Group are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the promotion or the use of the winning vehicle, except as required by law.
The LSSC Foundation reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion, disqualify any participant who tampers or manipulates the entry process, and interpret and enforce these rules. All decisions of the LSSC Foundation regarding eligibility and administration are final.
The promotion shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
