The Employee Assistance Program offers confidential support services to employees and their eligible family members to help improve overall well-being. These services include financial consultations on topics such as debt management, investments, taxes, and retirement planning, with discounted rates available for certain financial services. Work-life specialists provide guidance and verified referrals for a wide range of personal and family needs. Participants also have access to online resources including webinars, self-assessments, soft-skills training, legal and financial worksheets, planning calculators, and local service directories.

Counseling and Emotional Support

  • TalkNow®: Immediate access to counselors for real-time support.
  • EAP Counseling: Up to 4 sessions available to help with stress, marital and family issues, job-related concerns, life transitions, emotional challenges, and more.
  • Flexible Options: Choose from telephonic, video, or in-person sessions.

Legal Assistance

  • Support for issues including divorce, family law, wills, identity theft, adoption, and more.
  • Includes a free 30-minute consultation and 25% discount on mediator or attorney fees for services beyond EAP coverage.

Financial Consultation

  • Guidance on debt management, investment strategies, budgeting, taxes, and retirement planning.
  • 25% discount on financial services and CPA tax preparation fees.

Work-Life Services
