Planning an Event or Meeting 

Fill out the completed information request form to the Events Department.  

  • For small events or meetings with fewer than 100 attendees, please submit your request form at least 30 days prior to your preferred event or meeting date. 
  • For large events or meetings with more than 100 attendees, please submit your request form at least 45 days prior to your preferred event or meeting date.
