The Building Construction Management A.S. Degree Program provides a comprehensive and rigorous curriculum designed to equip students with the technical knowledge and skills essential for success in the dynamic field of construction management.

This program aligns with challenging academic standards and prepares students for careers in construction management or further education. The courses are offered in a hybrid format at the South Lake Campus and fully online. Additionally, the program emphasizes practical experience through local partnerships and paid internship opportunities facilitated by an experienced internship director.

Students can also earn the 18-credit Building Construction Specialist College Credit Certificate which is embedded within the A.S. degree, providing an additional credential to enhance their career readiness.

Program Length

The program consists of 60 credit hours and can be completed in two years when attending full-time.

Program Cost

Tuition costs for programs and courses at the associate’s degree level are $109.73 per credit hour. Additional costs will include textbooks, materials, and course fees.
