Common Registration Holds
Active Threat Training
Students must complete the annual Active Threat Training before registering for classes.

- Complete the Active Threat Training through the Vector LMS Training Portal.
Postsecondary Hold
Official transcripts from all previously attended colleges or universities must be submitted to the Registrar’s Office.

High School Hold
An official high school transcript is required and must be submitted to the Registrar’s Office.

Orientation Hold
New students must complete New Student Orientation before registering for classes.

Update Program Hold
This hold is typically placed when a student has completed one program and applied for admission to a new academic program.

Financial Services Hold
A balance or financial obligation is preventing registration.
How to clear this hold
- Contact the Student Accounts Office for information regarding your account balance and payment options.
Verify Citizenship Status
Verification of citizenship status is required prior to registration.

- Students must complete and submit the Citizenship or Immigration Status Update Request form to verify their citizenship status.
