Exciting News from the A.S. Digital Media Program at Lake-Sumter State College!
Our student Susana Perez Rivera has received a 2026 Suncoast Student Production Award nomination for Best Director for her short film Newlyweds.
The nomination recognizes Susana as Director, with the project developed under the guidance of Advisor and Program Director Prof. Andrew Hernández Sepúlveda, representing Lake-Sumter State College in the competition.
This recognition highlights the incredible talent of our students and represents a proud moment for the A.S. Digital Media: Creative Video Production program and the entire LSSC community.
