Student Assistance Program (SAP)

We're Here to Help You Succeed!

The Student Assistance Program (SAP) connects students with free, confidential counseling support to help manage life’s challenges. Through our counseling partners, students have access to caring, mental health professionals who provide guidance, support, and resources when they’re needed most. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, facing a difficult situation or relationship challenge, or simply need someone to talk to, LSSC’s SAP is here to support your well-being so you can stay focused on your academic goals and success.
