How: Event Reservation Request

What: Event Requirements
All event reservations are managed in the online system, called the Nest. In order to host an event in an LSSC facility, all paperwork and information must have been completed, including:
- Signed External Rental Agreement
- Certificate of Insurance for host organization (and any required vendors)
- Risk management review
- Pre-event walkthrough
- Advance payments as required
Please review the External Rental Agreement for additional details. Lake-Sumter State College reserves the right to approve or deny reservation requests for on-campus space in accordance with our policies and procedures.
