Planning an Event or Meeting
Fill out the completed information request form to the Events Department.
- For small events or meetings with fewer than 100 attendees, please submit your request form at least 30 days prior to your preferred event or meeting date.
- For large events or meetings with more than 100 attendees, please submit your request form at least 45 days prior to your preferred event or meeting date.

Event Locations
The Leesburg Gym is a flexible space that can be reserved for seminars, ceremonies, fairs, large meetings, and other campus events. Its open layout makes it easy to set up for a variety of activities and large groups.

The Cooper Memorial Library, room 108, is ideal for meetings, orientations, work force training sessions, and larger group events. It offers additional space while maintaining a comfortable environment for campus programs and activities.

The Magnolia room is a great space for vendor visits, Speaker Series, meetings, orientations, training sessions, and small group events. It’s a comfortable setting for gatherings that don’t require a large venue.
