Planning an Event or Meeting

Fill out the completed information request form to the Events Department.

For small events or meetings with fewer than 100 attendees, please submit your request form at least 30 days prior to your preferred event or meeting date. 

For large events or meetings with more than 100 attendees, please submit your request form at least 45 days prior to your preferred event or meeting date.
