Why host your event at LSSC?

The Everett A. Kelly Convocation Center at our Leesburg Campus is our featured event space and is available for rental for business meetings, conferences, seminars, and banquets. The facility features a full-service catering kitchen and a large and spacious parking lot attached next to our gymnasium that can host large crowds.

The Center also contains the Magnolia Room, which is a business professional meeting room that includes audio-visual equipment and seating for up to 150 people.

We can accommodate groups of many sizes on our campuses and we look forward to working with you!

Event Requirements

Any person, company, or organization requesting the use of campus facilities must contact the College Functions and Events Manager regarding availability. In order to host an event in our facilities, all paperwork and information have to be received (i.e. application with a deposit, a Certificate of Insurance in an amount acceptable to the College, and any other forms requested) two weeks before your event.

The decision to accept an event and/or activity includes specific consideration of pedestrian and/or vehicle traffic, noise, number of people involved, compatibility with facility and equipment, and the College’s ability to support the function to ensure its success.
