The Advanced Technical Certificate (ATC) in Human Resources Management is designed for students who have completed an associate degree and are pursuing a bachelor’s degree. This program equips students with the skills needed to advance into supervisory roles or further their careers in the human resource field. This certificate is upward compatible with the BAS in Leadership Human Resources Management Concentration.

Overview

The Human Resource Management Advanced Technical Certificate (ATC) teaches the student skills that are needed to move into supervisory roles or to advance their career in the human resource field. This certificate is upward compatible with the BAS in Leadership Project Management Concentration.

  • Managing compensation, including benefits, for employees or an organization.

Program Length

The program consists of 60 credit hours and can be completed in two years when attending full-time.

Program Cost

Tuition costs for programs and courses at the bachelor’s degree level are $109.73 per credit hour. Additional costs will include textbooks, materials, and course fees.

The Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) projects a 7% growth in Human Resources Specialists nationally from 2022 to 2032. Florida’s growing population and diverse industries are driving the need for skilled HR professionals. The state’s Department of Economic Opportunity projects a 9.3% growth in Management and Business Operations occupations, which includes some HR roles, from 2021 to 2030.
