The Advanced Technical Certificate (ATC) in Organizational Management is designed for students who have completed an associate degree and are pursuing a bachelor’s degree. This program equips students with the skills required to advance into supervisory roles or enhance their careers in various organizational settings. The certificate focuses on developing leadership and management capabilities applicable across industries.

Overview

The Organizational Management Advanced Technical Certificate (ATC) teaches the student skills that are needed to move into supervisory roles or to advance their career in any organization.

Graduates of this program pursue a multitude of career paths in a broad range of industries which may include: sales, retail, small business, government, public safety, healthcare, criminal justice, event management, and not-for-profit organizations.

This certificate is upward compatible with the BAS in Leadership Organizational Management Concentration.

The BAS in Leadership degree with an Organizational Management concentration can open the door to many different career opportunities in both the for-profit and nonprofit sectors, as well as entrepreneurship. Program Length

The program consists of 60 credit hours and can be completed in two years when attending full-time.

Program Cost

Tuition costs for programs and courses at the bachelor’s degree level are $122.25 per credit hour. Additional costs will include textbooks, materials, and course fees.

To be eligible for the BAS-L program, you must have already earned an Associate of Arts (AA) or Associate of Science (AS) degree from a regionally accredited college or university.

The BAS-L program offers a flexible format with both online and on-campus course requirements. This allows students to pursue their degree while balancing work and personal commitments.
