The Organizational Management Advanced Technical Certificate (ATC) teaches the student skills that are needed to move into supervisory roles or to advance their career in any organization.

Graduates of this program pursue a multitude of career paths in a broad range of industries which may include: sales, retail, small business, government, public safety, healthcare, criminal justice, event management, and not-for-profit organizations.

This certificate is upward compatible with the BAS in Leadership Organizational Management Concentration.

Program Length

The program consists of 60 credit hours and can be completed in two years when attending full-time.

Program Cost

Tuition costs for programs and courses at the bachelor’s degree level are $122.25 per credit hour. Additional costs will include textbooks, materials, and course fees.
