Overview

The Health Services Management Advanced Technical Certificate (ATC) provides students with the essential skills to advance into supervisory roles or further their careers within healthcare organizations. Admission requirements for this ATC align with those of the Bachelor of Applied Science in Leadership, Health Services Administration Concentration.

This program empowers you to make a meaningful impact in health services administration. Through advanced leadership training, you will develop the expertise to manage teams, navigate complex healthcare systems, and drive organizational success. Important Notes:

Students who wish to pursue an ATC in Health Services Management must meet one of the following pre-requisite categories:

  • A.S. Degree in Health Services Management or Health Information Technology
  • A.A., A.S., or A.A.S. Degree or higher with relevant certifications, licenses, or credentials (e.g. CMA/RMA, RHIA, RHIT, CMM, CMoM) OR minimum 1 year of health-related experience

Students with an A.A., A.S., A.A.S. or higher and no certifications of health-related experience may be required to complete pre-requisite coursework prior to enrolling in the certificate courses.

Program Length

The program consists of 12 credit hours and can be completed in one or two semesters.

Program Cost

Tuition costs for programs and courses at the bachelor’s degree level are $122.25 per credit hour. Additional costs will include textbooks, materials, and course fees.
