The Office of Institutional Effectiveness (IE) supports the mission and strategic goals of the college through four core pillars: Data-Driven Decision Making, Institutional Research, Assessment & Continuous Improvement, and Compliance & Accreditation Excellence.
These interconnected areas ensure that faculty, staff, and leadership have access to meaningful data, evidence-based planning tools, and streamlined processes that foster continuous improvement and accountability.

- Foster a culture of data literacy by providing training on data interpretation and application.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to support strategic planning, assessment, and continuous improvement.
- Use analytics to assess student success metrics, institutional performance, and areas for intervention.
Institutional Research
We support institutional planning by providing up-to-date and accurate data for tracking trends in student enrollment patterns, retention rates, academic performance, and workforce outcomes.

- Provide timely and accurate data for trends in enrollment, retention, student success, and workforce outcomes.
- Support grant applications and feasibility studies through data analysis.
- Ensure compliance with external reporting requirements for state and federal agencies.
Ensure Compliance & Accreditation Excellence
The IE office facilitates the academic and service area assessment process throughout the college. We guide academic and administrative units in setting assessment outcomes aligned to institutional priorities and oversee the college assessment tool, Heliocampus.
