The Florida Child Care Professional Credential non-credit certificate program helps students develop the skills to meet the needs of children and work with parents to support children’s growth. It covers the eight content areas identified by the Council of Professional Recognition.

Lineworker Boot Camp 

The Lineworker Boot Camp is designed to prepare students for entry-level positions as Lineworker Apprentices, with the potential to advance to Journeyman Lineworker roles. The program lasts 10 weeks, or 7 weeks for those with a Class A CDL. Training includes CDL Class A, OSHA 10, Basic Flagging and MOT, CPR and First Aid, electrical theory, pole line construction, and climbing techniques.

Operation of an Early Childhood Center – Director’s Credentials 

The Operation of an Early Childhood Center – Director’s Credentials course is a 45-hour, noncredit program that provides students with the foundational director credentials required by the Florida Children’s Forum. The course covers key topics such as childcare leadership, financial and legal responsibilities, non-discrimination, cultural sensitivity, and health and safety monitoring.
